Ingredients: 1 oz white rum
1/2 oz brandy
1 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz almond syrup
1/2 oz dark rum
1/3 oz grenadine syrup


Recipe: A delicious recipe for Molokai Mike, with white rum, brandy, orange juice, lemon juice, almond syrup, dark rum and grenadine syrup. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Serving Method: 1. Shake white rum, brandy, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix.

2. Combine dark rum and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to the top of the cocktail.

3. Garnish with in-season fruit, and serve with straws.
